Details of the process
Delivery via API
The customer sends to Aviva, through the API, the documents meant to be delivered, along with the recipient's data.
Aviva stores said documents in a secure place.
Aviva sends to the recipient a link providing access to said documents.
Access to the documents
When the user accesses the documents, Aviva requires the user to be identified by using any of the following methods.
- Entering the user's DNI number.
- Requiring an OTP (one-time password) that was previously sent to the user's cell phone.
- Uploading a picture of the user's DNI.
Once the delivery is made, Aviva issues a certificate with a timestamp specifying:
- Date and time of delivery.
- Documents delivered.
- Recipient identification.
- Recipient identification method.
